Business Outlook
Pros
The work culture and people that work here are the main reason that TargetX is the best company that I have every worked for. Not to say that the work isn't good either. It is just a testament to how awesome this company is.
Cons
Can sometimes be a little unorganized. I think a lot of this will get ironed out in the coming months/years, as they are transitioning to more of a mid sized company coming from more of a start-up feel.
