Cons

IT Dept Management has steadily run-down employee morale. They do not believe is building up their staff, only discipling them for standards they do not hold themselves to. Environment has become extremely toxic.

Hmmm, I wish I had something good to say, but unfortunately the last year has not being the best place to work.

Cons

No regards for work life balance. Everyone is scared to speak up because of implication. So we are all dying in silence. Then some supervisors are just horrible. Go somewhere else and have peace of mind.
