Pros

Great opportunity to meet solid professionals, business owners, judges and the like. Best pension plan out there. Excellent security if you have an inherent fear of being jobless. Not very much stress if that is your thing. Get to leave exactly at 5pm which allows you to have a very nice social life.

Cons

Mundane work. It's like building an object with the same set of legos day in and day out. Lack of education in the upper management system. Promotions are typically given to those that have stuck it out-not necessarily to individuals with talent. Hard work is often overlooked. Pay is mediocre at best unless you get into management. Very few management positions.
