I absolutely love my job! It challenges and pushes me, and I'm given the autonomy to make things happen, and the best part is I'm surrounded by supportive individuals that want the same thing; I've previously worked at places where office politics is rife and there is conflict, here though, everyone wants the same thing - to service our clients and for the company to do well. There is no limit to my personal development - I have full control of what I want to learn and how I learn. If I don't understand something or need help, everyone is prepared to help in any capacity they can. The support I've received from management and my peers has been so overwhelmingly understanding and reassuring. Without a doubt, the least stressful job, no career I’ve ever had.
