      There are no pro to this company

      Cons

      The turnover rate is so high you can't even keep people in their seats till the end of the day. Those who are called "leads" but don't actually lead by example just treat other employees like garbage cause they are bullies. Then when you go to your actual manager about it they don't have time since they are spread too thin. The tell the "lead" to deal with it and u get your compensation taken away.
