Simply put, I could not imagine working for anyone worse than this disgusting group of human beings. They are a bunch of rich family members that bully people around for self satisfaction, the most pathetic group of people I have ever seen. No long term growth, a miserable work environment. Run away from the Tasca group as fast as you can, there is not a single benefit I can think of. A bunch of monsters who took on far more they can chew, quick tip, your immature offspring can’t handle themselves if their life’s depended on it. Again, run, as far as you can away from these train wrecks of people. Perhaps they are better at race cars & perusing a career as Bob’s personal punching bag, may do you well!

Some of the people are cons in general, But thats every place i guess, and theres always a family member doing something or changing something that may not fully understand how things are working from a ripple effect standpoint. 'it is what it is" and "adapting" are commonplace. Small con, work is work, but sometimes with minimal assessment, planning and thought from above. Lack of modern HR initiatives for more PTO, better benefits, and recruitment/retainment.
