Pros

Always something going on in the high volume parts sector and dealerships are always busy. Lots of acquisitions and growth. Warehouses are always busy amd there is always lots of work. You need to put in quality work to succeed.

Cons

Some of the people are cons in general, But thats every place i guess, and theres always a family member doing something or changing something that may not fully understand how things are working from a ripple effect standpoint. 'it is what it is" and "adapting" are commonplace. Small con, work is work, but sometimes with minimal assessment, planning and thought from above. Lack of modern HR initiatives for more PTO, better benefits, and recruitment/retainment.
