Pros
- Amazing, welcoming and inclusive culture
- Lots of opportunity for growth, especially in the last year as many changes are happening in the company
- Very mission driven which makes me happy to be here every day
- Leadership truly cares about the people here
- During COVID, many companies laid people off, and I'm grateful that we stayed together as a team, and continued growing.
- New leadership is inspiring - starting with the new CEO. She has brought in a new strategy that looks promising. We're heading in the right direction. The new VP of Eng is also strong as is the new CMO (from what I can tell). I'm very optimistic about the future.
Cons
- The code-base is very outdated and we can't move fast enough
- The turnover recently is alarming
- There is no equity (IKEA owned)
