Pros
TaskRabbit has been the best work experience I’ve ever had. The company genuinely tries to make sure their employees feel like real people verses “workers.” They have been very transparent and gracious during the chaos of the pandemic and make sure people felt they had job security. I have really developed as a leader and look forward to continuing my journey at this company.
Cons
The company still has some “head start” elements, such as smaller growing teams and with the product the company offers being so popular, you can feel a bit of a crunch at times. However, they do a great job of recognizing you for your talents and that means a lot when you’re doing a lot :) All and all, I’m happy.
