Pros
A lot of companies boast of having their people come before anything else in the organization--for the most part, this is lip service for these companies. But for TaskUs, it is ingrained in our DNA to standby the formula that if you take care of your people, your people will take care of the company.
Cons
You need to be on top of your game, all the time. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but if you're no longer at the peak of your career, it's not as easy to cope with the high caliber atmosphere within the organization.
