- Laid back environment - Easy once you get the hang of the job (depending on which campaign you’re on) - Multiple campaigns (companies) to work for within TaskUs to choose from
Cons
- Not too flexible for my Tier 2 position - Disorganized, no structure on my campaign for Frontier - Management tolerates lazy workers causing workload to feel uneven - Not enough staff - No bonuses - Not too professional
