Pros
I just finished my first month at TaskUs and the experience has been very welcoming. The onboarding process was smooth, and the training team really made sure we understood the tools before hitting production. The culture here is definitely 'people-first'—my teammates are supportive and the leadership is actually approachable. It feels different from other BPOs I've worked at.
Cons
Since I am only one month in, I haven't encountered major issues yet. The pace is fast, so you have to be ready to learn quickly.
