      Great company, but typical BPO environment

      Pros

      Working as a Support Advisor at TaskUs has been a great experience overall. The company offers good benefits, supportive management, and plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      However, like most BPO setups, the work environment can be unpredictable—things like shifting schedules and noisy floors are part of the job and not something you can really control. Still, if you're okay with the nature of the industry, TaskUs is one of the better places to be.

      Mindless job that won't lead anywhere

      Easy work Most of management is great PTO and UTO is nice Benefits kick in on day 1

      Cons

      This is a mindless place to work, if you have even an ounce of intellect, I'd recommend to look elsewhere. There's no continuity. I was bounced around to 4 different TLs during a one yr period. My last manager was completely incompetent and had no regard for creating any sort of relationship with teammates under her. There's no pay increases. I worked here for years and I would only get cents as a yearly increase. It was laughable.
