      Pros

      An employee centric company that unlike others in the market, doesn't drain its employees. The work-life balance is good too.

      Cons

      The organization is new in Gurugram and hence, the structure for a lot of things is being set up, which leads to a resultant lack of smooth operations sometimes. There's firefighting, but that's more of an opportunity to sharpen your management skills rather than a con.
