Values and ethics culture. Part of Tata group, good brand name in market. Loyalty is valued a lot. One of the better NBFC

Cons

People are not from relevant background in financial sector. Not good payscale and meagre bonus given, hence has witnessed high employee turnover

as its a new company, it provides more opportunities at work, this also gives the opportunities to grow at faster pace as compared to older organizations

there are no set process across the company, organization structure keeps on changing over the period, most of the work is people dependent
