I was fortunate to be the youngest member in a very senior team. My boss and super boss both were very supportive and mentored me regarding my career as well.

Cons

The work life balance clearly needs improvement, specially during month ends. Also since it is a relatively new company, lot of processes are all over the place. But this can be a blessing in disguise for someone looking to learn more than just their part of the job.
