Pros

Lots of freedom to do things if you build the right network internally. They are very aggressive about certain internal projects.

Cons

pay is horrific so they can't get the best talent. Because of this they put poorly quality people in positions which require intellect. They cannot recruit from any of the top colleges because of this.

Pros

1. Integrated plant. 2. Experienced workers to work with if you are lucky. 3. Government anti dumping policy & regulations reduce competation with others. So no problem of closure. 4. When plants were constructed they are greatly planned for resources hence reduced costs. No much problem unless they keep plant running properly.

Cons

1. Sometimes problem with few back stabbers & they will show only what they want to show. 2. No roles clearly defined for youngsters i think they recurit just to fullfill some govt regulations. 3. As role is not defined properly many times it is difficult to work with workers. 4. Better for localites difficult for outsiders.
