Pros

Great coworkers and management, willing to work with schedules. Good oppurtunity for freshers. Management encourages growth and development.

Cons

In an effort to prevent extra costs being passed onto the consumer, company hangs onto old technology that is slow and wastes countless hours of time trying to deal with it. Glad they are cautious with spending, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet.
