Pros

Opportunity to work on many technologies. HR and Senior managers are very professional. There is very nice work culture. Cooleagues are very coordinating and friendly.

Cons

I do not see anything as cons. HR should share information good policies and company benefits with employees. Appraisal process needs to be improved.

Managers don't manage. Some staff seem open and friendly* internal systems not too bad, even if they do disconnect you every 5 minutess!

Cons

Corporate hipocracy regarding staff inclusion or engagement. If it's not CBT or your supervisor loves you no training. *However they are a bit dog-eat-dog, don't really share, may need to watch your back, several corporate sycophants and may dont/wont challenge 'management'. Managememnt not intertested in resolving issues or problems, they just want yes men. Poor quality and standards, quick fix attitudes, I hope they never write engineering / safety SW!
