* Very good infrastructure * In most projects there is no timing boundation * presence in a lot of cities in India and abroad * offers lot of web based learning opportunities

Cons

Mapping of skillset with project requirement is their least priority. No respect for individuals interest low annual hike vague reasons for giving low rating during appraisals
