Thats not the concept in tcs. The only pro is, you will not learn anything even spending years here. This is benefecial because in next job you have lots of options to explore. You are not limited to one thing you worked on.
Cons
TCS is essentially a glorified sweatshop where management treats employees like replaceable line items rather than human beings. The office is a productivity graveyard—you are chained to a desk for 9+ hours of 'mandatory' face time that achieves nothing but burnout, only to be dragged back in on weekends to fix messes caused by poor planning. There is zero investment in the employee experience; they provide no transport, no decent food, and a complete absence of any workplace culture beyond survival. It is an environment of pure stagnation, where your only reward for hard work is a massive pile of more work and a 90-day notice period that feels more like a prison sentence than a professional agreement
