      1. Very very bad management. 2. Not good salary, Bad thing is your salary can be decreased in the appraisals.

      Pros

      Good company to work with. Very flexible and relaxed work culture. Good for onsites. Job safety is the best part in the company.

      Cons

      Nothing much on the downside. Sometimes there needs to be flexibility with technologies. Some may or may not like that.

      Pros

      1. People are nice and understanding when it comes to issues of personal nature. 2. Being such a large company, they have got some of the really nice projects for technical guys and excellent roles for non-techie ones.

      Cons

      1. Chances of getting good project is too much dependent upon time. Today you might end up in some really good project and in case of untimely release from the previous project you may end up in something which you will not like. This is typical for s/w industry and TCS is no exception.
