      1.) Great learning opportunity 2.) Goodlaunching platform to shift to bigger companies after 3-4 years work experience 3.) Excellent process 4.) Good work life balance 5.) Will relocate you easily to the location of your choice(Over 100 offices in India) 6.) Strong brand name

      Cons

      1.) Stagnation after 3-4 years of work experience if u get a 2 rating. 2.) PL and Manager may not release you easily from a project. 3.) Limited onsite for freshers as old PL's and ITA's keep on going there twice and thrice and dont allow young ASE's to go even once. 4.)HR doest not take any action against Delivery manager's even if they exploit young ASE's (Asst. System Engineer) .

      Work is not so hectic. And the timings are flexible depending on the client you are working for in the company.

      Cons

      No recognition for good work and talent. The kind of work does not help to build career. It is mostly on client specific tools and technologies. No good work.
