      Good projects, new technologies, friendly management. Employee friendly company. Lots of fun activity

      Not much to write in cons as it is a very good company, has good projects and friendly environment

      Pros

      Challenging work, more responsibilities and okay team You find a problem, you fix it.. don't wait for others to fix it attitude

      Cons

      Company was hit hard when sub-prime mortgage crisis hit US banking sector, company has been able to recover and is back on growth path Company does not have a mission and strategic vision, everything is driven by numbers which might be okay in short term but needs to have a long term vision

      Very nervous company. Does not invest. The company is not focussed in building any technological knowhow. The technology leadership is weak.
