      1: Flexible timing. 2: Employee friendly environment and open culture. 3: Technical Training 4: Annual trip and parties.

      Cons

      1: Bad appraisal process (Hardly give 7% hike in a year). 2: Grouping inside company and old employees are dominating. 3: No challenging projects.

      Very good work culture.. Less work pressure ... Management is ready to listen to employees..compoffs and other benefits..flexible timings... Good hr activities...free breakfasts...good reimbursement policies...work from home options

      Less onsite opportunities to middle level employees.. Bad infrastructures..... .net projects are not too good....
