      Pros

      I joined Tavant as a fresher and learned a lot in a short period.. I enhanced my technical skills and also improved my communication skills and handling client expectations. The increment cycle is fair and based on performance. My manager was also helpful, kind and gave me honest feedback.

      Cons

      The workload is higher during client handover or the delivery timeline.

      Pros

      Tavant is a nice place to work. They are having a good variety of projects in niche technologies. They have ample projects in AI and you will get multiple options to upskill yourself. There are plenty of projects in AI and other exciting areas, so there’s always something new to learn. The training for freshers is practical and really helps you get started with real-world skills.

      Cons

      The hiring process is thorough, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the role—though it may take some time, it reflects the company's commitment to quality.
