Pros

There really aren't any unless your a felon looking for a job

Cons

Working for Jim Taylor is a joke. The wages are "ok" if your a decent worker or you know someone there to get you in at a higher wage. But the best way to up you wages are to be a lowlife throat goat, then you go from 13ish to upwards of 24 in a matter of 2 years and don't actually do anything to deserve but suck at your job. The supervisors are good guys depending if you get the hot head that isn't near as good as he thinks he is. The guys are what keep most of us going! Oh and beware that everyone is basically screwing each other, family, or knows each other for years. And that's just in Tulsa.
