Pros

I have been in the new home business for years. It has always been a goal to work for this company. The atmosphere of team work and support is phenomenal. I am a better salesperson today based on my time here. There are not enough good things to say!

Cons

Working weekends can sometimes be a drag, but that is the business I am in. I always compensate for it on my days off:)

Pros

Taylor Morrison is the best company to work for hands down! When you walk through the doors it feels like home in all of our divisions. We have the best people with the best talent and it's truly like a family when you work here.

Cons

When you love what you do you never work a day in your life.

Pros

Friendly environment, decent benefits, fair pay. Management does well with the resources they have. The focus has really become company culture and work-life balance. This is not Google, there aren't any crazy benefits, but overall it's a solid place to work. I really get the feel from the CEO that employees and their wellbeing are valued.

Cons

there is a drive to do more with less, which means fewer people for more work. Can sometimes get overwhelming. Compensation could be better, it's not unfair, but it's also not the greatest.
