      Taylor Morrison not very good company.

      Pros

      At first seems like a good work environment at first.

      Cons

      Employees/contractors do not like working there or supervisors. Training for job is terrible or nonexistent. This was the worst training I have ever had in my life. I thought an employee was strange a first when they were mad a management and left. I later saw first hand that the supervisor and managers all need to be let go. I see why the employee left this sorry excuse for a company.

      A good place to start in the mortgage industry

      They don't micromanage and give you reasonable time to learn the business.

      Cons

      You really have to stay on task, especially during end of quarter. If you fall short, you will have to reevaluate your position with the company.
