      --Communication from upper management is great. --Overall company is great for recognizing achievements of people --Good opportunities for change within the company

      Cons

      --Pay could be better. -- Recognition of where we are at as a company would be great. -- Goals for each year clearly posted.

      Pros

      Community based. Sports first mentality. Consistently challenged. Approachable CEO.

      Cons

      "Boys Club" environment. If you're not in it, you have ZERO growth. And when you think you're in it, you have 1% growth. Company prefers to run on a skeleton crew at low low annual pay. If a team member leaves the company, they won't replace headcount, they will see if you can carry the workload first.
