Pros

Great product, decent travel, events, discounts on golf.

Cons

Horribly negative environment where back-stabbing is a way of life. Internal communications is disjointed / non existing and teams do battle rather than work together. Upper management is a old-boys club. Young talent not recognized because the 50-70's crowd rules the roost and are untouchable for some reason. With a declining culture/morale and pending sale of the company, avoid at all costs!

Pros

Worker bees are close knit and are overall team players. Makes it easier to deal with the cons when you enjoy those you work with. Got to travel a lot and have lots of fun during the good times.

Cons

Leadership is a mess. Former CEO is still pulling strings after being rewarded for a few good years that in turn as put the company in it's current situation (3 layoffs in the last 18 months). Every CEO since has been trying to snap back to reality after a perfect storm of success has come to an end. Leaders are disconnected to what really needs to be done. HR department is the worst!! In my 10+ years work experience, that usually spells disaster for the company. Overall lack of diversity, especially among leaders (specifically women). Total lack of professional etiquette amongst executives which trickles down to director level creating an "old boys' club" mentality.

Pros

Certainly not the upper management or some of the snarky executive assistants... Casual attire, the office is mostly empty on Fridays, healthy cafe, employee discount on merchandise.

Cons

No stability due to lack of direction from the top. The C-level likes to play musical chairs and revolving doors. Diva mentality with some of the executives. Interoffice affairs and so much more...
