Pros

Innovation and a constant leader in the industry.

Cons

Often times people will threaten to leave if they are not promoted. Then they'll get the promotion that they really didn't deserve. Team TaylorMade is "not always the case". It's a nice mantra but it's not very consistent to the way that employees are treated. The "west coast mentality" doesn't often work in other areas of the country.

Unfortunately golf’s a dying sport here in south Louisiana, come winter time theirs no revue you can expect a seasonal Layoff
