      Pros

      This was the most positive environment I have ever worked. TMaG definitely did all they could to take care of their employees and were upfront with the business.

      Cons

      Salary is a little below comparable jobs but they make up for it with benefits, discounts on product, and company events.

      Really good and getting better

      Pros

      After a tough couple of years, the new management team is getting the place back on track. Better decisions, more focus, more professional. Great product and golf's top players playing that product make it pretty exciting. Benefits are more generous than most employers. Fun environment. Nice people. R&D team is top-notch.

      Cons

      Changing industry. Work can be intense at times. Minimal bonuses paid in last couple of years, but that's expected to change.
