      Pros

      Challenging fun environment, decent leadership (in R&D), company perks, SoCal location, great co-workers, working to change the old detrimental behaviors. Overall it is a great place to work, within R&D. Outside of R&D I cannot speak for.

      Cons

      Tough market segment, upward mobility is SLOW, if you're ok plugging away solving technical challenges and don't desire to grow your skills toward managing people its a perfect fit.

      Pros

      I still believe in the company and the products that we sell. Work / Life balance is good. If you perform well, you can develop a great network of supporters throughout the company.

      Cons

      We're in a leadership transition. We've had a couple of down years impacted by our own decisions and the market as a whole. The biggest downside is that we seem to be forced to make bad, short-term strategy decisions to appease our parent adidas. Haven't had a real bonus in a couple of years.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers and good benefits. They have cool events several times a year and discounts of Taylormade and adidas products. Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      where to start.... 3rd CEOs in 18 months. Company lost its way. Extremely high turnover and shuffling in upper management. Bad moral. No way to move up the career ladder if you are not well connected.
