Bad communication with workers Not the best leadership. Many people left due to leadership Will not give you a heads up with major changes. Will only tell you the day before Bad when contracted through different companies, a lot of mixed information Seems they didn’t have a lot of things set in stone. Would say one thing, but then if you get in trouble you will still have to take the fall. I ended up trying to get everything in writing because they would change what they said so much and to that I had a member of management tell me “She doesn’t like a paper trail”, which came across to me as a person who is dishonest Lied a lot instead of being honest Benefits were really not good at all even if you work hard it does not mean anything, you get nothing for working hard. Maybe candy….
