Pros

Their process is pretty nailed down. The leadership is cool, very approachable. The new building is AMAZING!!

Cons

Their process is super regimented. Hard to get promoted.

Pros

The people are fantastic and I've never seen so many long-time employees at an ad agency, so there must be something good about this place. They're trying to get with the times and are restructuring to try and meet status quo in the industry. The pay is decent, the work is what you would expect and the location is perfect for someone who lives in the South Bay.

Cons

It's still a bit like trying to move a mountain. Because Team One is part of Publicis, it's hard to change course sometimes since you have an extremly large corporate structure. So many of the systems are disparate and not connected, and depending on which medium you're working on, there's an entirely different way of running the project through the system. So it's a bit clunky and slow. Not quite the nimble agency that it hopes to be. The creative is good, but the egos aren't always in check. Wish it were a bit more of a "team" at "Team One".

Lots of Lexus, Lack of digital knowledge in creative (but they are working on improving that now)
