Inspiring leadership but office politics hurt morale

Had great clients. The office atmosphere is fun, the leadership really wants to make a difference. Julie (CEO) is inspirational.

Cons

Office politics, especially within the creative team. The egos are huge and impact the rest of the team's morale. This should be an equal and collaborative partnership amongst the disciplines, not all serving creative alone. That attitude should be left in the 19080s.

Flexible work environment with an amazingly talented group of people. Lot's of great work being done.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities and unfortunate loss of business to other agencies doing half the quality of work for cheaper prices.

Pros

Culture and benefits are great. Unlimited PTO, good health insurance, and the work culture is fun. Lots of fun in-office events and company parties. The work is cool and you get to work with fun clients and actually see your work in the wild.

Cons

Growth is very limited here. There isn't a lot of turnover and as a result not as many promotions. Budgets are always low and they tend to promote based on business needs rather than merit. Salaries are also low.
