Amazing learning opportunities, great culture, good work-life balance, great place to start your career

Cons

Salary is horrible compared to the market rates. Once you gain experience, they do not incentivize you to stay. I tried to negotiate my salary and got a fat no. Ended up leaving to a company that paid me double.
