      I have had many growth opportunities through this company and feel that my voice is heard in my clinic. Very good work-life balance and I enjoy the people I work with.

      Pros

      Hands on work with patients, rewarding, stay busy, and a great experience to put on your resume. You build connections that can help with recommendations later on.

      Cons

      My clinic values people pleasers/being super likeable more than they value work getting done or a hardworker. In the long run that is a struggle. There is also limited opportunities to grow in this position, seeing as it’s a stepping stone to be a physical therapist. You will struggle financially as a student.
