      Pros

      Overall, I greatly enjoyed my time at Team Rehabilitation. Benefits were great and my co-workers were great at what they did. I enjoyed the users we supported within an IT setting. Working hours were flexible, made some great friends and memories over the years.

      Cons

      My biggest gripe was the number of projects that kept piling on, with no real support to get them accomplished in a timely manner. Many times, it came down to unrealistic expectations and just became a slow burn to get them accomplished. On that note, there was never really an opportunity for advancement within Admin, which was disappointing given all the initiatives upper management is pushing, yet missed the mark a bit.
