Pros

Wonderful people to work with. Company feels like they truly care about their employees. It is great for students aspiring to be PTs.

Cons

Pay is not the absolute best for those on the intro level who are students. They know we need this job for experience. But from what I have heard some other PT companies pay less.

Great staff, great benefits for cheap, lots of opportunities for growth no matter what position.

Cons

Director at Bucktown location will lie and cheat to get her way. Stiffs her employees, rude to somehow every person in the company and her own patients. Underpays all employees, refuses to allow room for someone to make more. Bad values, bad morals, bad boss.
