Your voice is heard. You are not just another pay check to them but they take your feedback and opinions into consideration to make this place the best company to work for. Most companies don't let you have a voice.

Cons

We are growing very fast! Maybe we should slow down and correct the clinics we currently have to make sure they are the best they can be before adding more to the mix.

Absolutely rewarding environment. You really get to know patients and it's awesome to see their improvement over time. The benefit package for this job is also incredible. Team Rehab treats its employees and patients very very well. I feel like I'm really making a difference in our patient's recovery experience. The job is fast paced and fun.

Cons

Sometimes the job can be very demanding, but the patient satisfaction that we see day after day makes it all worth it.
