Thank you for your recommendations. We certainly value employee feedback, and continue to grow as an organization as a result. Our recent top 10 Best Places to Work rankings in both Colorado & Arizona reflect our commitment towards this goal. Make no mistake, the happy hours and bonuses alone don't make for a positive experience. However, our 5 Star CMS clinical quality rating in all states places us in the top 2% of all HH agencies nationwide. This requires effort, focus and accountability. We are extremely proud of the balance that we strike between professionalism, fun and support. We are definitely not for everyone, and we don't hide this fact. We are a team of overachievers, forging a new path within in the home health industry. Unfortunately, this industry has historically been known as a last stop for clinicians who don't wish to be held accountable. As such, we are clearly only a good fit for a small percentage of the people working in our niche. I am truly sorry to hear of your experience at Team Select! I regret that you found so few nice people within our organization. We strive to provide world class patient care, while also ensuring a fun and rewarding environment for our employees. It is certainly a constant challenge to find a consistent pool of qualified clinicians to meet the level of care we expect for our patients. That said, we are fortunate to have developed successful career paths for hundreds of our team members through the years.
