Pros

I've been with the company for a few years now and the Full Service team is an exciting place to be. Lots of great new opportunities and a growing business. If you are willing to work hard and truly be a team player, you'll be rewarded. Everyone is always willing to help out and work together.

Cons

It's a fast paced environment, which isn't for everyone. Not a con, but you have to be willing to put the work in and learn how to be a true resource for your clients.

Cons

Salary is very low for the area they are headquartered in. They do not keep up with the cost of living. A lot of people leave because the company will not give decent raises.
