      Pros

      I've never worked for a company that has the kind of momentum Team V has. We just had our biggest month in the company's history and there are no signs of slowing down. The product gets better and better every day, which truly makes it fun to sell because you know how good it works.

      Cons

      Honestly the only con is keeping up with the record-breaking growth. We have a waitlist for new clients to launch because demand is so high.

      The leadership team is incredibly supportive and collaborative. Everyone's ideas are valued, I have been with Team Velocity for over 10 years now, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best workplaces for personal and professional growth. The mentorship program is fantastic pairing employees with experienced mentors who provide invaluable guidance and support. Additionally, the company culture promotes innovation. and creativity, making it easy to propose new ideas and initiatives. I feel valued and empowered to take ownership of my career.

      Cons

      Nothing really, except that I miss seeing everyone in the office, but I love the opportunity to be able to work remotely!!!
