Pros
You are surrounded by good people here. A hard working team comprised of some of the best at what they do. The owners come in, know your name, they're happy to see you. You feel like they actually care about the people working for them. They are intelligent, driven people who's vision has helped make this company so successful. In the last 5-6 years I've watched this place evolve and at the rate it's grown, it's incredible to see the progress it's made in that span of time. Can't wait to see what this place looks like in the next 5 years.
When you work hard it's noticed by management. This is critical for morale. Speaking of morale, the company does various events for the employees as a thank you for their hard work. There's also little things that are a nice touch such as snacks, water/ice machines, etc.
Whenever something comes up unexpectedly such as illness or family emergencys, management is quick to help resolve if time off is needed, leaving early, etc.
Overall this is a great place to work for.

I don't have anything bad to say about the company overall, honestly. If i did, i wouldn't be here. Plain and simple.
