      - Talented designers and creative peers who care about their work - Plenty of opportunities to learn how to work under pressure - Remote flexibility, but had to be active during standard 9-5pm hours

      Cons

      - Leadership culture rooted in ego, favoritism, and inconsistent communication - Constantly changing priorities and little accountability from management - Cliquish environment that discourages honest feedback - Complete lack of traditional management and professional development

      A Learning Experience, but Not the Supportive Environment I Expected

      Pros

      I learned to be resourceful, to manage stress under pressure, and to adapt quickly to shifting expectations. Those lessons are valuable, and for that, I’m grateful.

      Cons

      Final Thoughts I wouldn’t recommend this company to someone looking for a stable, supportive, and people-first workplace. The culture needs a lot of work, and the pay should better reflect the effort and expertise required. If you’re looking to grow in a company that values culture, communication, transparency, and fair leadership, you may want to explore other opportunities. But if you’re highly independent, thick-skinned, and thrive on speed and chaos, Team Velocity will certainly keep you busy — and you’ll learn a lot along the way.
