Pros
After spending more than a decade with the organization, I can say that what started off as coworkers and a post-grad opportunity has turned into family and a career. Team Velocity is a choose your own adventure type company. You are your own biggest advocate and have every chance to grow and succeed if you put in the work. You have to be open to change, collaboration and patience. The people we work with are some of the most dynamic and passionate in the industry and working together only perpetuates that drive to innovate.
Cons
Sometimes the drive for perfection can happen at a speed we may not be able to keep up with at times. The leadership team at Team Velocity are in a constant state of improvement and innovation, which though is admirable, can cause some frustration for more entry or middle level team members that may not yet understand the vision for the future.
