      Pros

      If your're looking for a company with a positive workplace, great culture, and wonderful management, then this is where you want to be! The executives here are different from other companies that I've worked for because they actually check in on you and make sure to take the time to get to know you. Its such a family culture here as well, everyone works together as a team to get the job done, because if one person loses then we all lose. Its definitely a work hard play hard kind of company, but they definitely make sure to reward you for all of your hard work. This is hands off one of the best companies that I've ever worked for and am happy to be recognized as an employee here!

      Pros

      Fun people to work with. Good culture. Easy going. If you have the right skills and understanding, then the CFO will let you help innovate processes and improve the department. In my experience, the company is definitely open to improvement and new ideas. Another great plus is that you will most likely build meaningful relationships with co-workers, which makes the work-life and lunch breaks more enjoyable. The company loves for people to stay long-term, so the more long-term commitment you show the better. When you're hired at Team Velocity you will get a sense of stability from the fact that the company will want you to be there long-term.

      Cons

      Accounting salaries are lower than industry average, but this is probably no secret if you do a search on Glassdoor. The fun and lenient environment do come at the cost of accepting a lower than normal salary. Although, I can almost guarantee you will have fun working in this environment. It's also a very caring, accepting, and respectful environment. If you prove your worth, it does translate into a good percentage raise.

      Pros

      Team V is an innovative, fast-paced work environment. They are always working to deliver incredible service to their customers and provide them with the most cutting edge technology. Comfortable and friendly work environment .

      Cons

      With it being a smaller fast-paced company there can be "growing pains", however the staff takes it in stride and irons out the kinks to get everything running smooth again.
