      Pros

      - The technology Team V creates really tries to move the needle in an often archaic and stubborn industry. - At least in my experience; my direct reports are some of the most amazing leaders. Tenacious, driven, and caring. They exemplify what it means to teach, lead, and grow. - Coworkers are genuine and helpful. There is a lot to learn and everyone really chips in to lend their knowledge.

      Cons

      - You will wear many hats - a robust training program would be nice for new hires. Apollo University for new hires at the office.

      Pros

      Highly innovative company. The CEO is very hands-on with product development and we are constantly rolling out new products or updates to existing solutions. Many people have been here 5+ years so you are surrounded by talented individuals who offer a wealth of knowledge and support. This also shows that there is room to grow within the organization if you are open to it (growth opportunities aren’t always with the department you start in). The company is growing very rapidly, probably the fastest growing tech company in the auto space.

      Cons

      New products do roll out quickly so there is a lot to keep up with. Being remote can silo certain teams but there are cross-team meetings to help offset this.
